1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Bresolon Heritage Tours, a premium heritage travel brand offering educational excursions across Bangladesh. By using our website and booking our historical tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking.

2. Booking and Inquiries

All inquiries and tour reservations must be handled exclusively through email and our official website contact forms. To maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality service, we do not process bookings or handle customer service over the telephone. Once an inquiry is submitted, our team will verify availability and provide you with an itinerary and invoice. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

3. Cultural Conduct and Tour Expectations

Our tours are deeply rooted in cultural education and heritage preservation. We expect all guests to maintain respectful conduct when visiting ancient architecture and spiritual sites. Whether exploring the grand Lalbagh Fort and Ahsan Manzil in Dhaka, uncovering the ancient ruins of Mahasthangarh, or observing the peaceful atmosphere of the Paharpur Buddhist Monastery, visitors must adhere to local guidelines.

Similarly, when touring the historic trading hub of Sonargaon or marveling at the Bagerhat Historic Mosque City, modest dress codes and quiet observation are strongly encouraged. Bresolon Heritage Tours reserves the right to terminate a tour without refund if a guest's behavior compromises the preservation of the site or the experience of others.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.
• If Bresolon Heritage Tours must cancel an excursion due to extreme weather or site closures, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and secure travel experiences, Bresolon Heritage Tours acts solely as an agent for the various transportation, accommodation, and guiding services involved. We shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or delays caused by third-party providers, unforeseen environmental factors, or circumstances beyond our control during your journey in Bangladesh.

6. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
